Complaints

As a legal consumer, you have rights. Before providing any significant legal services to you we must give you an engagement letter and our  Terms of Engagement. If you want to make a complaint about the service we have provided to you, you can: 

  1. Contact the managing lawyer Anna Gillon

  2. Complain to the NZ Law Society 

  3. Complain to the Human Rights Commission if you have been discriminated against

  4. Bring a dispute to the Disputes Tribunal for a breach of consumer guarantees
